In each live class we explore mindfulness using mindfulness meditation called Shodaigyo.
In Shodaigyo participants are guided through three forms of mindfulness meditation as well as the reflection on the meditation experience itself. Each session includes a calming meditation, chanting meditation, and an awareness meditation.
